Today is Thursday, November 30th. It's finally the last day of this month. December starts tomorrow, so if things continue likethis, it feels like we'll be in late fall until the end of the year. (by google)

Today is Wednesday, November 29th. Today, I went out for some errands in the morning, and after returning home, I went out for another slightly larger shopping trip in the afternoon. However, it's a computer chair (lol), but I wanted a mesh-type one with a backrest that extended to the back of my head, so I went to the furniture sales area of a nearby home improvement store and found a somewhat expensive one that I saw on the way home the day before yesterday. I bought it immediately.
I brought it home, quickly assembled it, and now I have a comfortable PC work environment and relaxing environment, so I'm satisfied (^^)
If you search carefully on mail order, you can probably get a similar product for about 2 or 3,000 yen cheaper with free shipping, but this time, I bought something that I saw with my own eyes and sat down with me, and from that day I bought it. I'm satisfied because I focused on using it.
When choosing a chair this time, a headrest that supports your head is essential. The mesh backrest is nice. Armrests are unnecessary as they get in the way. Reclining is not necessary. The color should be blue, light gray or light beige.
From now on, I can't shake the feeling that it's a bit of an expensive purchase, but now I can concentrate more on what's in front of me. In my case, I do a lot of sitting work, so a chair is very important.
By the way, the reason why I don't need an armrest is because I often leave my chair, so it gets in the way of my movements, and I don't really put my arms there in the first place (lol). Also, I do have a headrest, but I don't need it to recline. Well, if you demand too much comfort from your PC work chair, you won't be able to do your job (lol).
But I definitely need a headrest. I wanted this, so I bought a new chair. However, the chair I actually bought did not have a separate headrest like a car seat, but instead had a backrest that extended to the back of the head, and when I installed the included lumbar support there, Since the head is not fixed, even if you swing it slightly from side to side, it will still fit snugly. This is nice for me (^^v)
Headrests not only help you rest your head and ease the burden on your shoulders, but they also come in handy when you have to "knead and turn" various scenes, lines, and story developments in your head. useful.
By the way, as a substitute for the lumbar support, you can use a 100-yen cushion (550 yen ^^;) that you have on hand (^^)
So, I'll quickly finish writing the rest! I'm getting tired of waiting for the next work (lol) (by google)

If you take the time to look at mail order, you may be able to get the same product for about 2 or 3,000 yen cheaper with free shipping, but this time, I bought something that I checked with my own eyes and the feeling of sitting directly with my own eyes, and I was satisfied because I focused on using it from that day.

From now on, I can't get rid of the feeling of shopping that is a little expensive, but I think I can concentrate more on what is in front of me. In my case, I work sitting anyway, so a chair is very important.
By the way, the reason why I don't need armrests is that I often leave the chair, so it interferes with my movement at that time, and I rarely put my arms there in the first place (laughs). Also, the reason why I have a headrest but don't need to recline is that if I ask for too much comfort in a PC work chair, I won't be able to work (laughs).
But there are definitely headrests. I want this, so I bought a new chair. However, the chair I actually bought was not a separate headrest like a car seat, but a type with a backrest that extended to the back of the head, and when I installed the accessory lumbar support there, the head was not fixed, so even if I swung it from side to side, it still fit perfectly. This is nice for me (^^v
The headrest not only rests your head and lightens the burden on your shoulders, but in your case, you "knead this and that" scenes, dialogues, and storylines in your head ^^;. It is very useful when you need to.
By the way, instead of the lumbar support, you can use a 100-level cushion (550 yen ^^;) It's totally (^^) OK
So, with that, I'm going to write the rest quickly! I'm tired of waiting for the next work (laughs). (by Bing)

Today is Monday, November 27th. Today is the last day of a 4 night 5 day trip. The sky had been cloudy since dawn and was still firmly covering the sky, but as the brightness increased, the clouds began to whiten, and it looked like it was going to clear up during the day. A look at the weather forecast confirms this impression.
Well, let's slowly head home today. Anyway, late at night the day before yesterday, or to be more precise, just yesterday morning, I had a lonely and anxious walk of about 7km from a little after midnight until midnight.
I was really surprised that I made it to my sleeping area. Having missed two stops on the last train, I was quite physically exhausted, but I am grateful for my physical strength, the discovery that I can sleep standing up on the train, and the fact that this country is still basically safe. It seems like...” It was also a reconfirmation.
I guess I'll write more details later... Oh, and the translation too (lol) (by google)

Well, let's go home slowly today. Even so, it was a lonely and anxious walk of about 7 kilometers from midnight to midnight yesterday, or to be exact, from midnight to three oxen.
It was a real surprise that I ended up in the bed.
Today is Monday, November 13th. It's almost 9 o'clock at night, but it's unusually cold today. The weather was nice, but the outside air was so cold that I felt like, ``Ah, winter has finally arrived...'' I guess it was all the more so because there was a wind.
Now, I have to try not to catch a cold. (by google)

Today is Saturday, November11th. It has finally become the late autumn atmosphere that is typical of this time of year. Not only the crazy heat of summer, but also the days of crazy "summer days" until recently. It must be the heavenly harp "HAARP", not CO2, that has destroyed ourJ apan and the Earth so much. If not, it would be one of the zigzag climate changes just before the arrival of the Little Ice Age. (by google)

Today is Saturday, November 4th. I walked for the first time in days. I really want to walk every day, but due to my innate lack of energy, I tend to end up walking further afield. Actually, I don't even like sweating. It was a short walk, less than 4km, but it was a quick walk and I was sweating by the time I got home. However, sitting in a small room all the time will definitely weaken your body. There are also limits to indoor exercise. It's better to get some fresh air too. The summer heat has already passed, so walking is the only option for now. (by google)
