　きょうは３月２７日水曜日。きのうはスーパー銭湯に行ってきました。なかなか気持ちよかった。きのう２６日は「風呂の日」でポイント３倍なので、ちょうどドリンク無料サービスに到達＾＾　なので、さっそくオレンジジュースを飲みました。
　さて、今回で１０回綴りの回数券を使いきったので、あとは「風呂の日」に行くことにしようかな。そうしたら、４回目で「次回無料」をゲットできる。うーん、しみったれてるなあ…（苦笑）

　きょうは３月２１日木曜日。こちらは春にはなっていますが、きのうはめずらしく風が強くて、気温も低かったです。
　全国的にそんな感じだったようですが、「これって春の嵐だな…」と思いました。
　去年はたしか「春の嵐」は吹かなかったので「今年もないかな…」と思っていたら、どうやら今年はサボらずにやってきたようです(^^)
　いち日明けたきょうは快晴ですが、気温はまだちょと低いです。
　そのせいか、この町の桜の開花予想日は、日本気象協会によると、きのうまでは今日となっていたのが、あさって23日金曜日になった（／先延ばしになった）ようです^^;
　ということでこちらは、週末から「いよいよ春爛漫だ！」って感じになりそうです＾＾♪

　きょうは３月７１１日木月曜日。いつの間にか３日たっていました。きょうは東日本大震災がおこった日ですね。
　ところで、きょうは東日本大震災の起きた日ですね。
　１３年前、あの地震が起こったとき、自分は２階の自室にいたのですが、いきなり、どどーん！と激しい揺れに襲われました。
　最初は下から突き上げてくる縦揺れでしたが、それが3回ほど立て続けに起こったあと、今度は、波打つような大きな横揺れが繰り返し襲ってきました。
　この強烈な横揺れはかなり長いあいだ続きましたが、それがすこしゆるくなるまで、自分は床に這(は)いつくばってじっとしていました。
　でも、天井が落ちて建物が潰れてしまうんじゃないかと思うくらいの激しい揺れが長く続いたので、ほんとうに怖かったです。

　もうあんな揺れは経験したくないものです。でも大地震は、いつどこで起こってもおかしくない状況が続いています。
　地震は予測がむずかしいので、いつ起こっても慌てないで対処できるように、日ごろからどう動くかについて、なるべく詳しくイメージしておいたほうがいいんだろうな、と思います。
　まあ、自分には、それくらいしか対策らしい対策はできないですが…。
　ちなみに、元日に起きた能登半島地震は南海トラフ地震の“前ぶれ”とも言われていて、約100年周期のこの巨大地震は、今から11年後の 2035年あたりで起こる可能性が高いと見られているようです。
　自分は、「2035年(プラマイ5年)」という具体的な発生予想時期は、以下のネット記事を見て初めて知りました。
　というわけで、南海トラフ地震が起こったら、命にかかわる非常にヤバいことになるので、「あとわずか11年後か…こりゃあヤバイぞ」と思い始めたところです（汗;）
