きょうは７月２８日火曜日。でも、まだこの日になって３時間半ていど…＾＾； エアコンは２８度に固定って決めているので、今夜はほんのわずかではあるけれど、汗ばんでいます＾＾； 「ムリするんよ。エアコン入れて熱中症になったらシャレにならないぜ」って、自分ツッコミを入れたりしながら、ぼんやりしたアタマでこの日記書いています＾＾； ん？ 起きて椅子に座っていたら、かすかに滲み出た汗が少し冷やされて、ちょっと気持ちいい。エアコンなかったら、きっと茹でガエルになってるだろうなあ…。
それにしても、今月わすか２回目の更新とあいなりました。ほんと久しぶりだなあ＾＾； でも、体調崩すことなくマイペースで、日々、仕事場の往復をしています。いつもよりちょっと忙しいだけです。さ、このあと二度寝して、きょうもガンバルゾ！（＾＾／
It’s Tuesday, July 28th. Though, only about three and a half hours of the day have actually passed so far... I keep the air conditioner set to 28°C, so I’m feeling a bit sweaty tonight—just a little, but still. I’m writing this diary entry with a somewhat groggy head, telling myself, "Don't push it; getting heatstroke while the AC is on would be no joke." Hmm? As I sit here in my chair, the faint sweat on my skin is cooling down a bit, and it actually feels kind of nice. If I didn't have the AC, I’d probably be boiled alive by now...
Anyway, this marks only my second update of the month. It’s been a real while. Still, I’m going about my daily commute to work at my own pace, without getting sick. Things are just a little busier than usual. Right, time to go back to sleep for a bit, then give it my all today! （by google）
Today is Tuesday, July 28th. But it’s only been about three and a half hours since this day started… ^^; I’ve set the air conditioner to 28 degrees, so tonight I’m just slightly sweaty ^^; I even made a little self-comment, like, “Don’t overdo it. If you turn on the AC and get heatstroke, that would be no joke.” I’m writing this diary with a kind of foggy head ^^; Huh? Sitting in my chair after waking up, the faint sweat on me is a bit cooled, and it feels kind of nice. Without the AC, I’d probably be a boiled frog by now…
Even so, this is only the second update of this month. It really has been a while ^^; But I’ve been going back and forth to work at my own pace without getting sick. Just a bit busier than usual. Now, I’m going to go back to sleep for a bit and then keep going today! (^/^ （by Bing-casual）
